1. Insurance Verification
Our team will verify your insurance information. We recommend contacting your insurance provider as well to confirm details about your coverage. Be sure to ask:

3. Day of the Appointment
On the day of your evaluation, please arrive promptly at your scheduled time. Your therapist will greet you and escort you to their treatment space. We ask that at least one caregiver accompany the child. This allows us to:

2. Scheduling Your Evaluation
Once your insurance is verified, we will reach out to schedule your evaluation. After this, you’ll receive an email with links to complete our intake paperwork. To ensure a smooth process, please submit this paperwork no later than 24 hours before your appointment. This provides your therapist with the necessary background to perform a thorough initial assessment.
4. Duration and Next Steps
The evaluation typically takes about one hour. At the conclusion of the appointment, we’ll review scheduling options and work with you to determine the most convenient time for future sessions.
